Processing of Your Order
Your order will ship on the day it is processed. Please allow up to three days
for processing. If any item is back-ordered or out of stock, we will notify you
via email. When item(s) return to stock, we will process that part of your order
and ship your item(s) immediately.
Damaged Items
We do our best to package all items to ensure it arrives to your destination
safely. In the event your package arrives damaged, inspect the contents, and save
all packaging materials. If any item(s) are damaged, please file a claim immediately
with the UPS. Your package has been insured, and will be replaced ASAP. Please give
us a call or send an email when you have filed the damage claim. Please include
Invoice number, item number and quantity of items in your communication to us.
Returns
We will gladly exchange or fix any item(s) that are damaged, or not working
properly. No returns will be authorized for opened or used products, without calling
